Training Location & Schedule
All classes are held at Cash Fitness.
Training sessions are offered Monday and Wednesday at 5:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with Saturday sessions at 9:00 AM.
This schedule applies to all training package options.
5:00 AM — Early Bird Risers
For those who like to get it in before the world wakes up. High-energy boxing, strength, and conditioning sessions designed to jumpstart your day and keep you disciplined.
6:30 PM — After-Hours Grind
Perfect for professionals and busy schedules. Structured evening workouts that help you release stress, build strength, and finish the day strong.
Drop-Ins — Flexible Training
