1. What should I bring to my first workout?
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. If you have any fitness accessories like a yoga mat or resistance bands, feel free to bring them, but they’re not required—everything else will be provided.
2. Do I need to be in shape to join the class?
Absolutely not! Our demo workouts are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or getting back into fitness. Our trainers will guide you through each exercise and offer modifications to meet your individual needs.
3. How long is the workout, and what can I expect?
The workout will last about 45 minutes to an hour and includes a warm-up, a variety of exercises tailored to your goals, and a cool-down. You’ll also meet with your coach to discuss your fitness journey and next steps.
4. Will the workout be personalized for me?
Yes! While it’s a group class, our trainers will focus on helping you with proper form, technique, and adjustments to match your fitness level and goals.
5. What happens after the demo workout?
After the workout, you’ll have a chance to speak with a coach about your experience, fitness goals, and next steps. If you decide to continue, we’ll guide you through membership options and help you start your fitness journey with us.
