MEET YOUR HEAD COACH 'SHERIKA HOLMES'

"My journey into fitness began as a child when I was diagnosed with severe asthma. My doctor recommended that I start being physically active to improve my health, and it was through this that I realized the importance of exercise at a young age. Growing up in Memphis, I felt a strong desire to give back to my community and women like me become healthy, fit, and adopt better eating habits. My passion is bringing smiles and joy to people's lives and providing a supportive community that uplifts and encourages their transformation."
